What I collect, and what I will not do with it.

Who is responsible

This site and service are operated by Streamline, a GST-registered sole proprietorship in Kerala, India (proprietor: Nikhil Nelson), of Thoppumpady, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682005. For anything in this policy, write to founder@astropracticehq.com. That address reaches the person who decides what happens to your data, not a queue.

What is collected

If you visit the site

Anonymous usage events: which page you opened, whether you scrolled halfway, which buttons you clicked, and any campaign tags (utm_*) in the link that brought you here. These are recorded by PostHog, which also derives an approximate location from your IP address. Campaign tags are held in your browser's session storage so a pre-order made a few clicks later can be attributed to the email that prompted it; they are cleared when you close the tab.

If you pre-order

Your name, email address and phone number, and your optional answer to "what must it do on day one?". Payment is taken by Razorpay. I never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. I see that a payment succeeded, and the contact details you entered.

If you use the feedback form

Whatever you type into it, plus your email address if you give one. The form is hosted by Tally.

If you email me

Your message and address, kept in my mailbox at Zoho so I can answer you and refer back to what was agreed.

If I emailed you first

AstroPractice is introduced to astrologers by cold email. Those addresses are business contact addresses that the practice has published publicly on its own website for the purpose of being contacted. Never scraped from behind a login, never bought from a list, and never a personal address.

The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to a business. One reply saying "no" removes you permanently, and the row is deleted rather than flagged. You do not have to explain why, and you will not receive a follow-up asking you to reconsider.

Who else processes it

Only these, and only for what they are listed for:

• Razorpay: payments and refunds. They hold the payment instrument; I do not.
• PostHog: product analytics for the events described above.
• Tally: the feedback form.
• Zoho Mail: email.
• Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of this site, including standard server logs.

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party tracking pixel.

How long it is kept

• Analytics events: as long as the PostHog project retains them, and they are not linked to your name.
• Pre-order records: kept while your deposit is held, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires records of the transaction.
• Email: kept while it is useful to answer you, then deleted.
• Outreach rows: deleted on request, immediately.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to founder@astropracticehq.com and I will act within 30 days, usually the same week. Deleting your data may mean I can no longer honour a deposit I can no longer identify, so I will tell you if that applies before doing it.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, say so to me first, and you retain the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies and similar storage

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. PostHog sets its own first-party identifiers so repeat visits are not double-counted, and the site uses your browser's session storage for the campaign tag described above. Blocking either only costs me accurate counts; the site works normally without them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and anyone holding a deposit is emailed. It will not be changed quietly.
