These terms cover the ₹499 founding deposit and, once it ships, the subscription. They are deliberately short, because a term you cannot read is not one you have agreed to.
Last updated 29 August 2026AstroPractice is operated by Streamline, a sole proprietorship registered in Kerala, India (proprietor: Nikhil Nelson), of Thoppumpady, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682005 ("I", "me"). The business is GST-registered; the GSTIN appears on every invoice issued to you. By paying the deposit or using the service, you accept these terms.
AstroPractice is software for independent astrologers: a branded booking page, prepaid consultations, an automatically generated kundli for each booking, client history, reminders, and sale of digital reports.
It is a business tool, not an astrological service. I do not provide readings, predictions or advice, and I take no position on the accuracy of any reading produced using the software. Calculations follow the stated system (Lahiri ayanamsa unless otherwise configured); what is made of them is entirely the practitioner's own professional judgement, and their responsibility towards their own clients.
The deposit reserves one founding place at the founding price. In plain terms:
The software described on this site does not exist in finished form yet. You are backing something early. That is exactly why the deposit is refundable on a single email.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms govern the transaction itself. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. If I change the price of an existing subscription, I will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. Where you use the software to hold information about your own clients, that data remains yours: I process it only to run the service for you, I do not market to your clients, and I will export it to you on request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it in the first place.
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users.
I will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to warn you of planned downtime, but I do not promise uninterrupted service, and no specific uptime figure is guaranteed at this stage.
To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you have actually paid me in the twelve months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud.
You can cancel at any time; see the refund and cancellation policy. I may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or that is being used unlawfully, in which case I refund any period already paid for and not used.
If I discontinue the service entirely, I will give at least 60 days' notice, provide an export of your data, and refund any unused prepaid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
